Official Language
The official language of the conference for both publication and oral presentation is English. All manuscripts, presentations, posters, and communication materials must be prepared in English. This ensures effective academic exchange among international participants.
Length Limit
According to the publisher’s policy, only full-length papers will be considered for publication. Each paper should be a minimum of 6 pages. Papers exceeding 7 pages will incur additional page charges. Authors are strongly advised to carefully format their manuscripts according to the official template. (More details)

Abstract Submission Guide
Authors who wish to participate without full paper publication may submit an abstract. Abstracts should clearly describe research objectives, methodology, and key findings. Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation only and will not be included in the official proceedings.
Listener Participation
Participants who do not submit papers are welcome to attend as listeners. Listener registration allows access to keynote speeches, technical sessions, and networking events. Early registration is recommended due to limited capacity.
Instructions for Oral Presentations
1. Oral presentations are typically 15–20 minutes, including Q&A.
2. Presentations must be delivered in English.
3. Sessions will be organized according to thematic topics.
4. Accepted formats include *.ppt, *.pptx, and PDF.
5. Any special technical requirements (audio/video) must be coordinated in advance with the conference secretariat.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
Poster presentations provide an interactive platform for discussing ongoing research. Posters should clearly present objectives, methods, and key results in a visually structured format. Recommended size is A1 portrait format unless otherwise specified. Authors should be present during poster sessions for discussion with attendees.
Online Presentation (If Applicable)
For participants unable to attend in person, online presentations may be arranged. Presenters must ensure stable internet connection, functional audio/video equipment, and pre-uploaded presentation files if required. Detailed online session guidelines will be provided prior to the conference.
